Hakim Sabzevari University has signed three joint cooperation agreements with Pakistani universities: Sir Syed University, Lahore College for Women, and Sardar Bahadur Khan Women’s University, Balochistan.
These agreements were signed during a visit by the president and officials of Hakim Sabzevari University to Pakistan, with Dr. Zanganeh Asadi, President of Hakim Sabzevari University, Dr. Jawid Anwar, President of Sir Syed University, Professor Sajida Narooyin, President of Sardar Bahadur Khan Women’s University, Balochistan, and Ms. Syeda Failiha, President of Lahore College for Women, in attendance.
Lahore College for Women, established in 1995, focuses on skill development for women. It has collaborated with the University of Oklahoma, USA, and has made significant contributions to women’s empowerment.
Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology is ranked 48th among 1072 universities in the world in terms of innovation, according to a Swiss ranking. The university has four faculties: Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences, Civil and Architecture, and Business Management and Social Sciences.
Sardar Bahadur Khan Women’s University, Balochistan, established in 2004 in Quetta, Pakistan, has an enrollment of 9,000 students. The university offers programs in five faculties: Arts and Humanities, Basic Sciences, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, and Life Sciences.
This significant achievement marks a new chapter in the academic collaboration between Iran and Pakistan.
