The Pakistani Minister of Science, in his concluding remarks at the 14th International Conference in Honor of Beyhaqhi, conveyed warm greetings from the people of Pakistan to the people and academic community of Iran. He emphasized that the conference, held in memory of the renowned Iranian historian and writer Abu al-Fazl Beyhaqhi, is a tribute to his significant contributions to Iranian history and culture.
Professor Ahmed Mukhtar further stated that both countries need to expand scientific cooperation alongside their shared cultural and religious heritage. He suggested that joint academic conferences, cultural exchanges, and other collaborative initiatives could help address regional challenges. The Minister expressed his admiration for the advancements made by Iranian universities and research institutions in technology, higher education, and humanities.
He highlighted Pakistan’s keen interest in expanding scientific exchanges with Iran. Paying his respects to the attendees, the Pakistani Minister commended Hakim Sabzevari University for successfully organizing 14 editions of the conference. He congratulated the university’s faculty, staff, and administration on this remarkable achievement.
