The incubator centers are classified as technical infrastructures and are frameworks that are established to grow or create small businesses. The incubator center provides office, technical, and laboratory spaces along with support services at a minimum cost for the company. It provides startups and also provides networking and some ancillary services for them.
The incubator center helps to create, nurture, and develop start-up units by providing facilities and services on the one hand and necessary consultations in technical, legal, and other fields. The establishment period of institutions in this center is usually between three and five years.
