Persian language proficiency
In order to study at university, your proficiency in the language used to teach the course must be high. In Iran, courses are usually taught in Persian. In the case of request some courses of study may taught in English, but nevertheless you require to be proficient in Persian.
For starting the application process, you require officially certified copy of your proofs of language proficiency issued by Persian Language Education Centers. (If your first language is Persian, it is not necessary to be provided).
This centers hold courses in elementary and advanced levels which each of them take three and a half months. Graduation of elementary level is enough to enter the Iranian universities.
For participating in Persian language training courses, you should register on Student Affairs System (saorg.ir).
After passing the Persian language training courses successfully, you can utilize the language certificate to apply.

Persian Language Education Center
The Center for training the Persian language of Hakim Sabzevari University, established in 2019, is located at University campus. The language center is one of the advantages of Hakim Sabzevari University. You can take a Persian language courses at university campus and you do not need to stay in other cities during the learning Persian language.
Requirements
In general, all students who aspire to study at Iranian universities, must apply via the Student Affairs System (saorg.ir).
All applicants are required to provide the following documents in order to apply:
- Copy of passport
The picture size should be smaller than 100KB, and the dimensions should be 800 x 600 pixels.
- Copy of certificates and diplomas from university studies (for Ph.D. and Master’s studies) and copy of certificates and diplomas from high school studies (for Bachelor’s studies)
The picture size should be between 10-50 KB.
- Personal picture
The picture size should be between 10-50 KB, and the dimensions should be 600 x 400 pixels.
- Persian language teaching certificate(if your first language is Persian, it is not necessary to be provided)
The picture size should be between 10-50 KB.
The system accepts only JPEG files.

The best time to apply
You can apply for undergraduate or postgraduate taught courses twice a year:
To start studying in autumn, you can apply as late as April up until as late as August and for winter semester, you can apply as late as October up until as early as January.
In Iran, the academic year begins in late summer or early autumn and ends during the following spring or summer. This means that the academic year lasts from September to May or June. The summer is not usually a part of the term system.
For students in their final year of Bachelor’s studies
Students in their last year of studies who don’t yet have documentation of their soon to be completed degree, can be accepted by Hakim Sabzevari University. Students enrolled in their final year of bachelor’s studies are required to submit an official document that certifies the expected degree.
